Here are some of the methods that help me the most.
1. Have a conversation with Ana when you want to eat. Try it. It's surprising how easy it is and how she always can talk you out of it.
2. Every night, or every morning, make sure you have a plan for the day. Plan what you are going to eat, when, and how much. The same goes for exercise. This way all you have to do is stick to the plan.
3. ALWAYS have an excuse for not eating. Be careful not use the same one too much, or it will become obvious.
4. Know your limitations. Don't set goals that are way too high. It will be discouraging when you can't meet them.
5. If you mess up, DON'T let yourself believe you can just go ahead and binge just because you "already messed up." 1000 calories is better than 10,000 calories.
